Jeff Martindale, Psy.D.

Dr. Jeff Martindale is a licensed psychologist whose career sits at the intersection of clinical healthcare and operational technology. He currently serves as Director of Behavioral Health and Psychiatry for a multi-location urgent care network spanning Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas — a role that gave him firsthand visibility into the operational gaps that existing patient flow vendors have failed to solve.

Before his current role, Dr. Martindale operated an urgent care community health clinic at Langston University for two years — recruiting and managing medical providers and nursing staff, overseeing patient recordkeeping and compliance, procuring lab equipment, and contracting with a regional health organization to maintain care continuity between providers. That experience as a working clinic operator is what makes OrcastrateMD different from every other scheduling and flow platform on the market.

Dr. Martindale is also the founder of Martindale Wellness, an AI-powered clinical training and simulation platform, and Advanced LTC Solutions, a staff resource and compliance management platform for long-term care facilities.
